Hey Pastor Tim!
I’m not sure if you remember me, but my names Jason Miranda. You were my Pastor back at VCC when i was in Jr. High and Part of Highschool with wired, revolution etc. I am now 26 and moved to Washington and am active duty in the Army with a bit of 2 years left. I’m stationed at Fort Lewis (lakewood) as a combat medic currrently in Iraq until 2010 sometime. I stumbled upon your blog looking you up remembering you moved up towards Washington some time ago, but have seen God has moved you many other places since then! I was thinking while i was on tower security about finding a good church in WA as being in the military with infantry men, and the lifestyle they lead is hard to live as man of God and I need some iron to sharpen my iron ’cause i’ve really been letting myself get dragged down afraid to live a righteous life and being seen as hypocrytical and doing a 360. Well i’m glad God has been good to you, and your guidance and influence in my life has stuck with me and many of your words still ring in my head today lol! God bless you and if you have any suggestions on a good church to take me in around Lakewood or nearby would be AWESOME!!
